1. Follow up the performance of products being sold out, care about customers' feedback. 

2. Product warranty time is 12 months from the day of receipt.

3. Make replacement of defect products that are not caused by human errors or transportation within 7 days.

4. Repair faulty products that are not caused by human errors or transportation within a year.

5. Offer one-year technical support and troubleshooting.

1. Most of our products accept returns&refunds, make sure the returns come with an approved RMA form from PHXFIBER.

2. We have different return policies for fiber optic components and equipment. Please kindly contact customer service for more information.

3. Due to the high international transportation cost, we usually replace defect products for low unit price products.

4. For equipment, we accept returns&refunds within 1 week, exchange within one month, repair within a year from the day of receipt.

1. Goods can be shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc. Usually, it takes 3 to 5 days by air to deliver.

2. Air transportation and sea shipment are available, as well.

3. We can deliver goods to your warehouse or agent in China.

4. If you don't have a forwarder or agent here, we can recommend one.

5. Also welcome you to pick up goods from our factory.
