Features of LAN WDM

LAN WDM (LWDM) is based on TFF technology and adopts free space sealing structure, it is of compact size, low insertion loss, and high isolation. It is widely applied in the CFP module.



It is expanded from the existing 8 waves to 12 waves according to the channel interval of 800ghz.



The channel spacing is 200 ~ 800ghz, which is between DWDM (100GHz, 50GHz) and CWDM (about 3thz).



WDM adopts 12 wavelengths from 1269nm to 1332nm in the range of o-band (1260nm ~ 1360nm), with a wavelength interval of 4nm.

The lan wdm wavelengths are near zero dispersion, with small dispersion and good stability.



LWDM can support 12 wave 25g, with increased capacity, which can further save optical fiber.
